Julie Anne`s Place in Malvern

I went right as the country pandemic phase turned 'yellow'. The outdoor seating was a little crowded, but the indoor was extremely spaced out and with the windows open. There was an obvious sense of community and the family knew the regulars. They immediately identified who I was staying with when I mentioned my Airbnb. Cream Chip Beef and coffee were up to my standards!

Quiet, comfortable dining space in an antique home right in the heart of Malvern. Small staff, but incredibly friendly and they keep good service top of mind despite the rush of a small space. The food is home cooked and incredibly well-priced. It may also be one of the few places around where you can get a decent slice of scrapple. Great breakfast spot, but had a great lunch menu offering too. Making this a regular spot.

Great hospitality and delicious food! Our group of 6 was seated upstairs at a big dining room table; it was perfect!

Me and my husband came to eat breakfast.... The food was soooooo good. I mean the order was made fast and the food was excellent. The service was so friendly from everyone. The best breakfast we had in a while . French toast with banana's , omelet and bacon... Ice coffee. It was delicious

Very nice place....converted home with great feel. Standard breakfast offerings with some twist/specials such as banana nut bread french toast. We went on sunday morning and a little busy due to church just letting out. Give it a try...also prices are very reasonable

Friendly staff, nice cosy place. The "Mexican Mess" (scambled eggs, with onion, sausage, jalapeno and salsa) is AMAZING! If you have not tried it, make it your next order, you will NOT be dissappointed.

Want something different? Have the Mexican Mess. Scrambled eggs, sausage, onion, halapena, cheese, refried beans, salsa and chips all works together for a filling but not heavy breakfast or brunch. Beware of other dining companions poaching from your plate. Dining room is small. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait. Outdoor seating in nice weather.

Great breakfast place in downtown Malvern. Walking distance from the B & B where we were staying. Simple, classic breakfast foods, all cooked perfectly. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Very good food, but the restaurant is small. The tables are very close together. Don't bring your strollers. I will go back because the food is good, and the prices are reasonable.

Just had our first experience here, for Mother’s Day none the less. What a great little place. It is quite literally one half of a large twin home seats at full capacity about 24 people. Our litmus test, coffee, is what we use for all places we visit for breakfast and this place did not disappoint, just a simple very good cup of coffee which put my wife in a great mood (she is critical of new places and is a person who “likes what she likes”). Breakfast was simply done and very good from fresh fruit to pancakes to eggs to omelets nothing was overdone and nothing was bad. Just the kind of breakfast we like. Our 2 and 5 year old had a blast and the small family house like environment I think made them feel more comfortable. We will definitely be making this place a frequent stop since we like about 6 mins away. Happy Mother’s Day to all the great mom’s! And especially the owner who had her son there today working right along with her!

This is an excellent place for breakfast or lunch. Small (6 or 7 tables), cozy and homey, nothing fancy. It’s kinda like going to your favorite Aunt’s house for a meal. The service is excellent and prompt and the menu specials change daily. The home made soups are outstanding as are the desserts. Inexpensive.

The people are friendly, the food is served hot and fresh, plus it's an amazing price! You can't beat the true community connections you experience here!

Great french toast! The atmosphere is very relaxing and laid back. We enjoy coming on Saturday mornings when we can also attend the farmers market

Loved the Food! We took the puppy and sat outside! Price is right...Tried three types of Amazing French Toast, Mexican Mash was Bold and flavorful. Service was impeccable! Worthy of a first try, and we will come back very soon!

The food is great, and atmosphere is friendly

Gave this place a try on a Saturday morning while in town. Service was friendly and the food was good. Definitely a good bang for your buck. We left with our tummys full and didn't have to break the bank. Our server was generous enough to answer our questions we had with certain items on the menu. We decided to go with a few of the locals favorite dishes and was highly satisfied. If we come back to visit this area again I would definitely head back to Julie Anne's.

Searching for somewhere different, for breakfast and we stumbled upon this hidden gem, just off the beaten path. Boy, are we glad that we did! Scrambled eggs, scrapple, toast... all perfect! Even the coffee was good!!The staff treated us like we were old friends that we had not seen in some time, with an air of familiarity, warm, friendly, engaging. The ambiance was quaint and cozy. Will definitely return!

People here are so friendly. It has that countryside feel, but it’s right in Malvern. Great home cooked food as well.

If you can appreciate a small, cozy little local place then you have to check this place out. It's a hidden gem in Malvern. The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff is out of this world helpful and patient. The food follows the service and atmosphere which is again out of this world. Whether you get breakfast or lunch, you will find something that is homemade and fresh! Breakfast is served through when they close. Can't wait to return during more comfortable outdoor weather and dine outside. It's a must try place and you won't be disappointed!

First time here but sure will not be my last. Was so delicious I had to order a couple items to go for later. Thanks for creating such a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Tommy

Had a wonderful experience, wait staff and service were timely, attentive and on point. I came here w my family on a Sunday morning after a wedding and we were taken to an upstairs room that was very private and very accommodating. I don't think we could have asked for a better overall experience. Would strongly recommend

A restaurant setup in someone's home, casual, decent food, only breakfast and lunch, small menu but there should be something for you closes at 2pm. Not huge portions but the prices are low.

The server (who I suspect was the owner) was friendly, accommodating, and fast. The breakfast sandwich was perfect and French toast (regular and stuffed) were both great, too. The place is very small, but was not overcrowded on our Saturday morning visit. If you're looking for a cozy breakfast spot, I'd highly recommend it!
